§ LEGAL
These terms and conditions are between you (“the customer”) and us, Roubaix London Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in England with registration 14704296, for the conclusion of contracts via our website and workshop services.
The presentation of our goods and services on our website does not constitute a binding offer on our part. If at the time of ordering a bike or service is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you by email or telephone and provide a revised date.
Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions. Roubaix London Ltd reserves the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.
Where a rare error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced, we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or at all. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery or collection.
You agree that your use of the website and our services is at your own risk. The website and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement of proprietary or third-party rights. To the extent that it is lawfully possible to do so, we make no warranty that the website and our services and/or any information will meet your requirements. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you through or from the website or from our services will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands (including any legal fees incurred in connection therewith) resulting from your misuse of our website or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days for any item bought on this website for a full refund.
The following exclusions apply:
To cancel an order, please call us on 07593 766573 or contact us by email at Roubaixlondon@gmail.com.
Items should be returned with the original packaging and with any labels still attached and be in a new and unused condition. We are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you. We do not cover the costs of returning an item unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
This section applies to consumers only (and not to businesses or other organisations) who order goods.
If you wish to cancel your order:
We will issue a refund of the purchase price of the goods and any associated standard initial delivery costs or an exchange credit (as applicable) as required within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods.
If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality or faulty, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you — whichever is later). After the initial 30 days, you cannot demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a resaleable condition (unless the bike is faulty and the non-resaleability is due to the fault). That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. To the extent that any provision in our returns policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail and the particular offending provision in our returns policy will be deemed inapplicable.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us (in respect of goods provided by us, and delivery services provided by the delivery service provider, unless amounts in respect of delivery are refunded directly by the delivery service provider) from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
If you have any questions or encounter any problems please contact us by email at Roubaixlondon@gmail.com or call us on 07593 766573.
