Service Description
This is our most popular service, we take everything from "The Prep" and go beyond. It includes: • Frame and fork are carefully inspected. • Inner and outer cables checked. • The drivetrain comes off, gets properly cleaned, inspected for wear, and refitted. • Gears are reset and aligned. • Brakes are cleaned and reset. • Wheels checked and trued if needed. • Frame and fork cleaned. If your bike deserves some attention, this is it. (Parts not included.)
Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: Full payment is required to secure your appointment. This allows us to reserve workshop time specifically for your bike. Cancellations: If you need to cancel, we completely understand, just let us know as early as possible and we'll work with you to rebook your slot. • 48-24 hours’ notice: 70% refund • Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: no refund Late cancellations make it difficult to reallocate workshop time, which is why these terms apply. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking once at no charge, provided we receive at least 24 hours' notice. External Parts (Corkage) If parts used during your service have not been supplied by Roubaix London, a corkage fee will apply. This covers the additional time and responsibility involved in installing externally sourced components while maintaining our workshop standards.
