What will work for you and what will actually make you excited to get out the door. We’ll look at components, riding style, and share our deep knowledge. Clear and honest guidance from people who live and breathe this stuff, with a coffee thrown in. When you’re ready to move forward, we can help source the right parts or refer to you one of our trusted dealers and then build your bike at the highest level. As part of the experience, your new build also includes a complimentary ceramic coating, because if we’re doing this, we’re doing it properly. Cancellation Policy
New Bike Day Advice – Service Policy The £10 fee covers the time and expertise dedicated to the New Bike Day Advice session. This fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. The complimentary ceramic bike coating and Ultimate Bike Care are offered exclusively when proceeding with the solution recommended through the New Bike Day Advice service. These benefits are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be claimed independently of the service. Referral rewards (UFO Drip / Ultimate Bike Care) apply only when a referred client proceeds with the New Bike Day Advice service. One reward per completed service. No retroactive claims. We reserve the right to limit availability to maintain the quality and level of service.
